Old Town Revitalization Company is dedicated to fostering the revitalization of the long-neglected neighborhoods of our community identified as the “Old Town District.” Old Town Revitalization Company is at the forefront of promoting grants, establishing loan and incentive programs for property owners, and fostering support for Old Town throughout the greater Jefferson City community. Old Town Revitalization Company partners with the Jefferson City Board of Realtors and has organized a coalition of local banks which offer favorable terms for borrowers relocating to Old Town. We're revitalizing Old Town, one building at a time.
